Shipping policy
All products offered by Sunder 7 are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners through the Printify platform. As such, fulfillment times vary based on product type, availability, and production location. Average fulfillment time is estimated at two (2) to seven (7) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Fulfillment may be delayed during peak periods, global disruptions, or supply chain constraints. We do not guarantee fulfillment timelines and are not liable for delays outside our control.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping time is separate from fulfillment time and begins after an order has been fulfilled. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

United States: two (2) to five (5) business days

Canada: five (5) to ten (10) business days

Europe: five (5) to ten (10) business days

Rest of World: ten (10) to twenty (20) business days
All delivery estimates are non-binding and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors including but not limited to carrier capacity, customs delays, and incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Sunder 7 is not liable for carrier errors, shipping delays, or delivery failures resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Carriers and Tracking
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional providers. Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of fulfillment based on destination and service availability. Tracking information will be provided via email once the shipment is processed. Some international shipments may offer limited or no tracking capabilities, depending on the destination country.
International Deliveries and Customs
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from customs processes.
Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at ryan@sunder7.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or resolution. Sunder 7 is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. In such cases, customers are encouraged to first check with their local postal service or delivery personnel.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipment of orders returned due to incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.
