Refund policy
Every product we offer is made to order — built from scratch the moment you commit to it. For that reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ve got your six.
What qualifies for a reprint or refund:

A clear manufacturing error

Visible damage during production or shipping

Wrong item received
If that’s the case, contact us within 30 days of delivery via ryan@sunder7.com. Include a clear photo of the issue so we can verify it and set things right.
There’s no need to return the product — once verified, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
